I currently work as an Analyst at the General Partners’ Office at BAT VC, where I shadow the partners and learn closely about the world of venture capital. The role offers a front-row view of how conviction is built, how early founders think, and how capital meets creativity. What excites me most about venture capital is its breadth — the opportunity to engage with and back multiple ideas at once, each with its own logic, pace, and potential. It’s a field that constantly challenges me to think clearly, decide under uncertainty, and connect diverse domains of knowledge.

My academic training in Economics has shaped how I approach this world. Economics, to me, is more than a subject about money or policy — it’s a disciplined way of thinking. It offers a framework to give structure to almost anything: how people make choices, how incentives evolve, and how ideas scale. I’m excited to apply that lens in venture capital — understanding markets, behavior, and trade-offs to help founders build durable, meaningful companies.

I hold an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in Economics from the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune. Outside work, I enjoy Carnatic music, animation, badminton, and fashion, and I’m currently learning to surf — pursuits that keep me grounded, curious, and connected to different ways of thinking.
